Here are few of our bright scholars who have settled well and already on their way to serve other needy

Last Updated: July 2010

Kameswara Rao Meesala BSc, PR Govt College, Kakinada -  Passed out with distinction and immediately got selected by NFCL (Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited), Kakinada as a Quality Engineer. From this year (2010) he has already started Paying It Forward by sponsoring another poor and brilliant student through PCT. He and his mother (Smt Umadevi) attended PCT's 9th annual scholarship distribution event and spoke to the other scholars how PCT's timely help made a difference in the family and how it generated a giving attitude in them. We are very proud of Kameswara Rao.

Anil Kumar R. B.Tech, KIET College, Kakinada - Topped the college with highest score and has been awarded a Medal & Certificate on 25th March 2009 by the college. He has also been offered a job in the same college as a faculty member with a monthly salary of Rs. 14000/-. He is keen on preparing for competitive exams and aiming higher. He shows a strong desire to help as many people as possible as soon as he starts working.  Family Background - His father has been disabled for a while with a leg injury and his brother who runs a cycle shop is the only breadwinner of the family.

Yerra Satyanarayana, B.Ed - We were fortunate to sponsor him for his B.Ed course in our first batch of 2002. He is now working as a Post Master in Kirlampudi, East Godavari District. He is a physically challenged but very intelligent student. He has taken this job as a temporary source of income for himself and his family. He is aiming for higher positions like Group 1 and we are sure he will be there very soon.

Worth Mentioning - Starting from the year he got the job, he's been donating Rs. 2000/- per year to PCT and thus helping one other needy student. This is exactly what PCT hopes for (PAYING IT FORWARD). We never ask our scholars to donate money to PCT, we always ask them to help other needy people in any way they can. We are very proud of Mr. Satyanarayana.

Srinivas Sistu,

Her family was so poor that one of her teachers took initiative, collected funds and managed to pay for her Intermediate course. We were lucky to track this brilliant girl and took care of her graduation expenses.

In a chat with PCT's Chairman last month, she mentioned that she would start saving money immediately for helping other poor students and will take very active role in social service in coming years.
